POSITION OPEN:                 Notice / Administrative Support (Non-Exempt)

LOCATION:                          Tacoma, WA

SALARY RANGE:                $13.00- $16.00 (DOE)                                   


The “Notice Administrator or Employee” serves as the company’s primary contact with the public and location managers   to complete a variety of routine tasks to ensure that customer service operations run smooth, effective, efficient, and in a personable manner.  The Notice Administrator will exercise judgment and discretion to provide personal customer service The Notice Administrator Manager reports to the Office Manager. 

BASIC JOB REQUIREMENTS: (Basic requirements essential to attaining job objectives.)

  • Physical requirements include sitting or standing for long periods of time, bending, reaching over head and lifting up to 50 pounds without assistance.
  • Able to pass a background check and drug screen

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: (Functions essential to attaining job objectives.)

Essential- Must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job

  • Must be able to multi-task and make sound business decisions. Previous experience and examples will be required.
  • Must be assertive with strong, clear, verbal communication.
  • Must be able to perform other related customer service activities.
  • Possess superior time management and organizational skills
  • Possess intermediate Excel and Word skills (Skill test required to determine level)
  • Must be reliable
  • Possess excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Exhibit professional appearance
  • Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace
  • Must have the ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines
  • Must have team orientated philosophy, and problem-solving skills-
  • Must be highly motivated, organized individual who is able to work effectively with minimal supervision
  • Must have the ability to maintain composure & task switch efficiently in a rapidly changing environment
  • Must be able to assist in the field office as needed
  • Sense of humor is not required but is appreciated
  •  Must answers multi-line telephone system politely and professionally and routes calls promptly.
  •  Must be able to respond and assist with employee and customer inquiries. Interacts daily with all levels of customers, employees and management.
