Imperial Parking (U.S.), LLC.  “Impark”, is currently looking for a candidate with experience in maintenance as an After-Hours Responder / Maintenance technician at our locations throughout the DC,MD, and VA area.


Reports To: Parking Manager

Shift: hours subject to change (including possibly working one weekend day)

Part Time: Mon - Tues 6pm – 2pm

Full Time: Wed - Sun 6pm – 2am

Rate: $13

Job Responsibilities

•         Greet every guest with a friendly, helpful and courteous attitude

•         Assist customers needing assistance exiting garages after hours

•         Maintaining Garage Keys/Access Cards

•         Document and Recording All After Hours Calls

•         Reporting all after hour emergency calls to management

•         All other after hour duties as assigned

•         Light & Medium duty maintenance work including but not limited to:

o    Pressure Washing

o    Power Sweeping

o    Painting

o    Snow removal 

o    Basic Repairs

o    General cleaning, trash pick-up and removal

o    Other items as needed

•         Ensure that all safety standards are maintained while performing the job and operation machinery

•         Immediately Report concerns, problems, and questions regarding our lots or employees to the manager

•         Adhere to all client specific policies and procedures as well as Impark’s Employee Handbook policies and procedures.

•         Maintains open lines of communication with the lot supervisor &/or manager

•         Starts each shift in full uniform and while on duty, looks professional and well-groomed at all times

•         Complete all Impark paperwork/documents accurately and neatly.

•         Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

•         1 year general maintenance experience

•         1 year of customer service experience

•         Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

•         Requires the use of employees own vehicle

•         Ability to work independently and in a team and meet deadlines

•         Excellent verbal and written communications skills

•         Problem solving skills and organizational skills

•         Able to lift at least 80 pounds

•         Able to run, walk and stand on feet for long periods of time

•         Able to move up and down stairs and steep ramps frequently

•         High School Diploma or GED
