Job Description

Republic Parking has an exciting opportunity for the right candidate as an Office/Parking Manager. We are seeking an individual with the following qualities:

Republic Parking specializes in parking management, valet, shuttle, enforcement, meters, engineered designs, automated solutions, and revenue control. Our employee focus ensures enhanced customer service and value driven solutions to maximize our clients parking assets and revenue generation. Our industry experts specialize in Airports, Commercial Buildings, Education, Healthcare, Hospitality, Municipalities, Residential, Retail, and Sports/Entertainment.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work Directly with Division manager to oversee parking operation.
  • Hire, train and supervision of employees.
  • Prepare and maintain employee schedules.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for client’s parking program.
  • Prepare daily revenue reports and statistical reports as required.
  • Invoicing and billing.
  • Maintain files, database, calendars, and hard-copy files as required.
  • Oversee the basic preventative maintenance of parking equipment.
  • Provide logistical support for projects and special-events.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Computer literacy including MS Office products: Word, Excel, Outlook; experience with customer databases.
  • Exceptional administrative, time-management, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize workload.
  • Demonstrate high-level of diplomacy, sound judgment, and discretion when dealing with customers, and team.
  • High degree of energy, self-motivation, and flexibility.
