Impark is currently looking for a FULL-TIME PARKING MANAGER/MARKETING COORDINATOR to work at our MILWAUKEE, WI location.

Key Responsibilities
•Promptly document & investigate complaints about facility operation

•Work with Impark lot managers and client to identify, plan and execute project to improve lot operating results, customer satisfaction, and client satisfaction levels.

•Ensure easy, convenient patron use of & payment for Parking Facilities

•Continually recommend best strategies for marketing parking facilities

•Assisting senior management with development of creative PowerPoint presentations for face-to-face client meetings and interviews.

•Formatting, editing/proofreading, printing, & distributing documents.

•Recommend & take reasonable measure to encourage patron usage of Facilities.

•Continually develop & upgrade cost effective parking programs for City’s parking facilities.

• Working some evenings as required

•Other duties as may be assigned.
Education
•Post-secondary education preferred with focus on marketing/sales or business administration.
Related Experience & Skills
•Minimum of 3 years previous experience in a support position required.

•Superior organizational and time management skills.

•Strong communication and business writing skills and pleasant phone manner

•Exceptional customer service skills.

•Ability to multitask and work under multiple deadlines.

•Excellent interpersonal skills with client focus, and an ability to work with staff at all levels.

•Excellent computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Access).

•Strong knowledge and understanding of social networking sites- Facebook, Twitter, etc.

•Familiarity with downtown Milwaukee and associated businesses and organizations.
