Impark is currently looking for a full-time Assistant Facility Manager to work at our Chicago, IL location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain an excellent level of client relations by responding and handling client requests and/or issues in a timely fashion to ensure client satisfaction
  • Review lot performances and manage expenses while ensuring the financial performances reflects company goals and objectives, conduct timely audits
  • Maximize budgets with successful financial reporting and forecasting
  • Procure materials and supplies necessary for maintaining optimal job performance
  • Ensure all equipment is functioning properly to guarantee facility safety and security and to maintain proper revenue control
  • Provide effective leadership and communicate the vision and goals of the organization
  • Ensure that standards of excellence are maintained in all areas of the operation
  Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, preferred
  Related Experience & Skills
  • 2+ years of business management experience with an emphasis on client relations, customer service and administration preferred
  • Parking industry experience preferred
  • Self-motivated with strong client relations and staff management skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • PC Literacy (Microsoft Office Suite), level II Excel
  • Ability to work a varied schedule including days, nights, and weekends
