We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in our Manhattan office !


  • Basic office duties of faxing, filing, printing, emailing, FedEx, and answering of phones
  • Review and compile attendant control reports
  • Billing of accounts
  • Spreadsheet/Excel reporting
  • Post revenues and expenses into General Ledger, AP/AR
  • Run and create various reports in Reporting Client (company system)
  • Track rapid armor reconciliation
  • Assist Office Manager and Operations Management with daily tasks as necessary


  • Basic accounting understanding; experience in GL ideal
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and identify need within an office team
  • 2-4 year degree or clerical/administrative certification preferred
  • Ability to pick-up new technology quickly- use of multiple proprietary systems
  • Intermediate to advance user of Microsoft Office products, 2003
