Impark is currently looking for a full-time CASHIER to work at our MILWAUKEE, WI location.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet every guest with a friendly, helpful and courteous attitude and smile.
• Resolve parking issues for guests either exiting or entering parking facility or lot.
• Flagging for events to increase garage occupancy as needed.
• Responsible for calculating all ticket fees and accurately charging each customer for the calculated fees.
• Report concerns, problems, and questions to supervisor or manager
• Arrive to work on time and report to your scheduled work location in a timely manner.
• Adhere to all client specific policies and procedures as well as Impark’s Employee Handbook policies and procedures.
• Foster a positive and friendly atmosphere while at work.
• Complete all Impark paperwork/documents accurately and neatly.
• Additional duties as assigned.​

Related Experience & Skills
  • 1+ years experience  in a customer service related industry. (Parking, Hospitality, etc)
  •  Excellent communication skills , both written and verbal
  • Highly detailed and accurate
  • Basic math skills
  • Experience as a cashier
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends as needed
