Impark is currently looking for a full-time Corporate Trainer to work at our Seattle  location.

The Corporate Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering robust onboarding and training programs for Impark.  These programs will include, customer service, manager development training and train-the-trainer for managers.  This position will specifically support the training and employee development of programs for the entire company with a special emphasis on the Operations of the Impark West Region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting needs assessments to determine leaning needs of needs of the organization
  • Design and delivery of high quality, highly interactive learning programs and activities for targeted learning groups using a variety of sound learning methodology and technology, including eLearning applications
  • Develop the tools to support the training materials of a customer service, manager and compliance training to field staff personnel, and train-the-trainer sessions to designated supervisors. This will include: Customizing presentations and materials per specific location; Creating job aids, presentation materials, and support materials for client locations; Developing new course content for specialized locations
  • Coordinate the scheduling of classes and progress of program completion with Impark management
  • Function in the capacity of technical expert in the design and implementation of evaluation techniques to assess the overall effectiveness of learning programs utilizing psychological research and measurement tools
  • Manage the Impark Learning Management System to disseminate communications regarding learning programs and registration, catalog learning content, and track learners’ progress
  • Partners with local and corporate management to facilitate successful onboarding of new lots and acquisitions
  • Consult site management on effective training strategy and utilization of field resources associated with implementing New Hire orientation and continuous training.  Offers suggestions for customer service delivery goals, strategies, training plans and timelines.
  • Deliver Train the Trainer sessions with Operations managers to ensure on-going facilitation of refresher training modules.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Department Leader.
  Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resource Management, or related field
  • Four to Five years experience working as an HR/learning professional
  • 2 years of experience in customer service, management and compliance training is preferred.
  • Proficient knowledge and advanced technology skills with web-based learning development tools such as Articulate 360
  • Proven proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
  • Previous instructional design and customer service related industry experience.
  • Moderate travel required (approximately 60%)
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work in a team and independently on projects assigned.
