Republic is currently looking for a full-time Customer Experience Representative to work at our Medford, MA location.

We are looking for a Customer Experience Representative to work in a busy call center. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a call center environment or as a customer service representative. Impeccable written and oral communication is a must, as is the ability to keep one’s composure under pressure. Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound emails and phone calls with a friendly and professional tone, acting as first point of contact
  • Complete all after-call work required
  • Respond to customer inquiries ensuring customers receive timely resolution and accurate information
  •  Ensure all customer information is updated accurately and notes are entered for every transaction
  • Complete and accurately maintain required paperwork
  • Posting payments and balancing at the end of shift
  • Investigating and responding to appeals
  • Monitor and maintain storefront email, sorting, responding t and processing all requests
  • Keep up to date with changes in workflow, policy and product knowledge
Skills/Requirements
  • Exceptional written and oral communication
  • Exceptional telephone etiquette
  • Analytical abilities, sound judgment and decision making abilities
  • Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
  • Fast and efficient data entry, manipulation and retrieval of data from systems
  • Ability to respond to customer concerns and resolve conflicts while maintaining professionalism
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Ability to multitask in a structured environment
  • Positive team-oriented attitude and ability to balance independent workload with the broader team goals
  • At least 18 years old
  • Proficient with MS office Suite
  • Type at least 40 wpm
  • Intermediate math skills and ability to balance a spreadsheet
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • One year experience as a call center or customer service representative
  • Must pass a criminal background check
