Job Description

Impark is currently looking for a Full Time, Customer Service Representative to work at our Long Beach, CA Location.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for checking guests in and out of the RV Resort
  • Work in conjunction with maintenance to assist guest to their sites
  • Answer various questions from guests
  • Calculate bills, collects payments and make change for guests
  • Run reports - hand written and computer
  • Other duties as assigned

Education

  • High school / equivalent

Skills/Experience

  • Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflict
  • Must be able to answer questions concerning the RV Resort
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Basic reading and math skills
  • Comfortable speaking with and building relationships with others
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organization skills and must be able to multi task
  • Knowledge of using and adding machine, cash register

Compensation

$12.00 per hour
