We are seeking two Full Time Mobile Enforcement Officers to service Downtown Vancouver to join our Advanced and Metro Parking team. This is an entry level position primarily focused on parking enforcement, but will also encompass other customer service related tasks. 

Scope of Position:        As a Mobile Enforcement Officer you will be visiting various parking locations where you will be enforcing sufficient payment by issuing violation notices, and providing superior customer service in all interactions with clients and parkers.

Status:                          Full time Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:           

  • Ensuring positive experiences for all Advanced and Metro Parking partners and clients

  • Ensuring facility is maintained to  Advanced and Metro Parking'  s standards

  • Educating the public when appropriate

  • Writing legitimate violation notices, issuing a  verbal warning, or accepting  an explanation when deemed appropriate

  • Legibly and accurately reporting any information pertaining to issuing of violation notices or warnings

  • Reporting any deficiencies on site with respect to appearance, safety, equipment, and lighting

  • Working effectively as a team with Managers and Co-workers.

Skills Required:            

  • Ability to interact with customers in a positive, polite, and professional manner

  • Excellent communication skills (must be fluent in spoken and written English)

  • Proven organizational skills

  • Basic math skills

  • Basic technical literacy

  • Previous experience an asset but not required.

Special requirements:            

  • For Mobile Enforcement - must possess a clean driving record and reliable vehicle

Compensation

  • Hourly wage plus commissions on tickets - car allowance for Mobile Enforcement
