Job Description

Republic Parking Northwest is currently looking for an Event Parking Manager to work at our Bellevue, WA location.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all operation functions of a parking facility including sales, marketing, and maintenance
  • Ensures client Satisfaction: Respond and handle client requests and issues in a timely fashion both verbally and in writing
  • Ensure accurate daily reporting and timely delivery for all month-end reports on lot performance
  • Office administration including correspondence for the manager
  • Practice excellent communication and teamwork skills with your co-workers
  • Staff supervision, including educating,hiring,termination,training, and scheduling
  • Auditing & lost prevention
  • Lot monitoring and equipment maintenance/activity
  • Ensure timely and accurate information flow between the Operations Manager and his/her direct reports
  • Travel between lots for patrols 2-3 times daily including morning patrols
  • Holiday relief for the manager

Education

  • Post-secondary education preferred with focus on business administration
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required

Professional/Related Experience

  • 1-3 years Supervisory, customer service and administration experience, preferably in parking industry

Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Microsoft Outlook, Powerpoint) Required
  • Strong communication and business writing skills
  • Superior organization and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Client focused interpersonal skills at all staff levels
  • Available to work flexible schedules with autonomy
  • Proven deadline focused multitasking skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations

Physical Requirements

  • Able to run, walk, stand for up to 10 hours
  • Able to bend, crouch, reach
  • Work in all weather conditions
  • Able to use stairs when required
  • Able to lift 25 pounds
