Impark is currently looking for a FULL-TIME INBOUND COLLECTIONS REPRESENTATIVE to work at our VANCOUVER location starting April 2, 2018. Role Summary

Inbound Collections Represenatives handle inbound calls in a fast paced, goal-oriented collections department. They are responsible for collections of outstanding accounts receivable dollars from the existing client base. Inbound Collections Represenatives are required to meet collection targets while providing customers with consistent, accurate and professional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent Impark as the first point of contact for customer service
  • Answer inbound queued calls
  • Meet goals for collection rates, calls per day, average talk time and quality assurance
  • Collect payments on parking notices while providing excellent service and support to disputing customers
  • Process payments in full compliance to Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards
  • Develop and utilize collection strategies including overcoming customer objections to meet collection targets
  • Assist customers with use of online payment portal (
  • Accurately enter and confirm required customer data, including; address, vehicle information, credit card information, and account memos.
  • Work within department guidelines, liaise with other branches and/or departments to obtain information relevant to customer requests.
  • Keep up to date with changes in workflow, policy, and product knowledge
  • Respond to customer emails or process internal forms as directed by a Supervisor or Manager
Required Skills and Experience
  • Exceptional collection skills during both inbound and outbound calls
  • Exceptional communication, tact and customer service skills assisting customers with diverse requirements
  • Strong competitive drive to achieve and surpass targets
  • Thrive in a highly structured environment, happiest when working within set rules and guidelines and towards specific daily goals
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude and ability to balance independent workload with broader team goals
  • Analytical abilities and  sound judgement in decision-making
  • Strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.  Fast, accurate and efficient data entry, retrieval and updates of data from systems.
  • Adaptable and change-ready
  • Proficiency with  computer software applications including MS Office applications

Note: French/English bilingualism is an asset and eligible for premium pay

  • Full time training starting April 2, 2018
  • Full time work schedule starting at 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday to Friday (including statutory holidays)
Compensation and Benefits
  • $13.50 per hour, plus commission on collections (up to $16.00 per hour)
