We are seeking a Landlord Accountant to join our Vancouver team. As a member of the Accounting team, the Landlord Accountant will assist in the monthly Client Reporting, Bank Reconciliations, Accounts Receivable invoicing/deposit postings, Month-end Accounting Package prep and other various month-end tasks.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Miscellaneous accounts receivable invoicing and deposit processing

  • Prepare monthly landlord reporting letters and associated reports

  • Various month-end revenue & expense journal postings

  • Fixed Lease/Advance payment processing

  • Bank reconciliations and related journal entry postings

  • Assist with monthly accounting package preparation

  • Assist with monthly tax remittance reconciliations

  • Other various projects assigned by manager

Skills and experience:

  • CPA PREP student or related progress toward accounting designation

  • 2 years’ experience with Accounting working papers, bank reconciliations, accounts receivable, financial statement analysis

  • Experience in parking or property management an asset

  • Must have excellent analytical and time-management skills

  • Must be proficient with MS Office

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
