Position:                                              Maintenace

Reports To:                                         Supervisor, Assistant Manager, and Facility Manager

  • Demonstrates and assists patrons on utilization of “Pay on Foot” machines
  • Adherence to daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly custodial housekeeping plan, including filling out of housekeeping logs
  • Reporting any observed safety concerns or structural damage
  • Wiping down of signage, equipment, and cashier booths
  • Sweeping the garage entrance and exit lanes
  • Monitoring and cleaning of all high traffic areas within the garage
  • Assist patrons in location of vehicles when they have forgotten where they parked
  • Keeping the ticket dispensers loaded with sleeves of tickets
  • Performing repair of broken gate arms and equiipment
  • Provides directional information to customer
  • Posts warning signage in wet or icy areas and mops or salts surfaces
  • Monitors garage activity and reports any suspicious behavior to security and parking management

Qualifications:                                 

  • Friendly, helpful, intelligent disposition, communicating in a clear and intelligible manner
  • High degree of attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems, with customer service in mind
  • Mechanically Inclined
  • Capable of physical activity while working in extreme weather conditions
  • Clear drivers abstract
