We are currently looking for an entry level Meter Technician to join our team in Vancouver. Reporting to the Meter Department Manager, the Meter Technician will be responsible for day-to-day meter maintenance.

Hourly rate: $15.00

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and recording inventory, ensuring adequate supplies of items and stock to enable continual performance of duties.

  • Collecting cash and credit card data from pay stations as necessary

  • Repairing and updating meters and software as needed and maintenance to required standard of operation.

  • Maintaining parts database to ensure correct tracking of parts and scheduled replacement.

  • Field work as necessary on DPT, Ventek, Cale and Zeag equipment.

  • Success Patterns for electronic background, computer knowledge and communication skills

  • Adhering to Personal Appearance Policy at all times (grooming, uniform, etc.).

  • Other duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma.

  • Minimum of 2 years driving experience with no traffic violations.

  • Must be willing and able to walk in all weather conditions
