Immediate opening exists for a Parking Ambassador  to join our parking team in Calgary. You must be out-going, well organized and willing to work flexible hours.

Job Title: Parking Ambassador

Location:Calgary Livingston Place

Status: Full Time  Monday to Friday 6:00am-10:00am and 3:00pm to 7:00pm (split shift)

Length of the employment: Permanent

Language: Speak, Read & Write English

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet, welcome, and acknowledge guests
  • Process parking payments & help customers and answer help intercoms located on our automated parking pay stations,
  • Ensure positive experiences for all Impark partners and clients
  • Ensure work area is maintained to Impark’s standards
  • Assist daily customers with payment inquiries and assist customers with payment inquiries and assist customers with any parking request
  • Monitor the occupancy of the lot and posts signage as required
  • Assist customers with the overall in/out process of parking
  • Monitor any events that occur outside the location that may affect the operation as mandated by the management
  • Calculate money owed by clients based on their length of parking time
  • Work effectively as a team with your Area Manager and Co-Workers
  • Maintain  the general cleanliness of both the work area and of the location as required
