Job Description

Parking Attendant

We are a growing parking management company with a diverse workforce and an environment that fosters both personal and career growth. We are looking for individuals who pride themselves on their attention to detail, superior customer service skills and high level of integrity. 

Status:                   20 hours per week
Hours:             3:00pm - 7:00pm


                                 
Scope of position:  

Responsible for providing exceptional customer service while processing transactions.

 

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

•             Greet every guest with a smile, and a helpful and courteous attitude
•             Responsible for calculating fees and charging customers accurately

•             Ensuring facility is maintained to Metro Parking standards
•             Reporting concerns, problems, and questions to supervisor
•             Fostering a positive and friendly atmosphere while at work
•             Adhering to all Employee Handbook policies and procedures
•             Ensuring all paperwork/documents are completed accurately
•             Working effectively as a team with managers and co-workers
•             Other duties as assigned

 

Skills required:

•             Ability to interact with customers in a polite and professional manner
•             Excellent communication skills (fluent in spoken and written English)                                                                                  
•             Ability to calculate fees and transact financial exchanges
•             Ability to work independently
•             Pride in the work, with a high level of integrity
