The Opportunity:

Impark is currently seeking a customer service focused Parking Manager to administer our contract with the City of Kelowna. This position will be responsible for successfully managing all business aspects of the contract including revenue security, employee management and effectively dealing with customers parking needs. Our ideal candidate will have 2+ years of business management experience, excellent client relations and customer service skills. Parking industry experience is preferred.


  • Manage all business aspects of parking operations for the operation
  • Maintain an excellent level client relations and customer service
  • Manage a team of employees, including responsibilities such as hiring, training and scheduling
  • Communicate pertinent company policies and operational procedures necessary to maximize employee performance
  • Assist in budget preparation and financial reporting
  • Procure materials/supplies necessary for maintaining optimal job performance
  • Provide effective leadership and communicate the vision and goals of the organization
  • Ensure that standards of excellence are maintained in all areas of the operation
  • Other duties as assigned


  • 2+ years of business management experience with an emphasis on client relations, customer service and administration (parking industry experience preferred)
  • Self-motivated with strong client relations and staff management skills
  • Customer Service experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to ‘think outside the box’
  • PC Literacy (Microsoft Office Suite), level II Excel
  • Hands-on approach to management
  • Bachelor degree in a Business related field preferred or equivalent amount of work experience
