The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Parking Manager for our Calgary branch. This position has the opportunity for advancement in a branch that is poised for growth. The Parking Manager will be reporting to the Operations Manager. Our ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of supervisory experience, excellent client relations and customer service skills. This is an exciting, entry level management opportunity for a recent grad or someone looking to develop their management skills!


  • Overseeing all operational functions of a parking facility, including sales and marketing.
  • Responding and handling client requests and/or issues in a timely fashion to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Ensuring accurate reporting and timely delivery for all month-end reports on lot performance.
  • Working with your direct team or the local branch on projects and assignments as required.
  • Fulfilling office administration duties for a single facility.
  • Staff supervision, including coaching and training of employees.
  • Responsible for auditing & loss prevention.
  • Responsible for monitoring lot and equipment maintenance/activity.
  • Ensure timely and accurate information flow between the Operations Manager and his/her direct reports
  • Travel lot(s) for patrol 2-3 times daily including morning patrols

Skills and experience required for this position include:

  • 1-3 years of supervisory, customer service and administration experience, preferably in parking industry.
  • Strong communication and business writing skills,
  • Superior organizational and time management skills.
  • Must have intermediate to advanced Office Suite skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with client focus, and an ability to work with staff at all levels.
  • Post-secondary education preferred with focus on business administration.
  • Available to work flexible hours.
