Impark is currently looking for a PART-TIME  EVENING CUSTOMER SERVICE FLOAT to work at our MINNEAPOLIS location.

Key Responsibilities


  • Greet every guest with a friendly, helpful and courteous attitude and smile.
  • Responsible for calculating all ticket fees and accurately charging each customer for the calculated fees.
  • Adhere to all client specific policies and procedures as well as Impark’s Employee Handbook policies and procedures.
  • Foster a positive and friendly atmosphere while at work.
  • Represent Impark and yourself in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Complete all Impark paperwork/documents accurately and neatly.
  • Light cleaning and maintenance.
  • Additional duties as assigned.


  • Understand and meet all customer’s needs quickly, professionally and accurately
  • Parks and retrieves customers vehicles in a timely fashion
  • Responsible for ensuring work is conducted in a safe manner by maintaining traffic safety laws
  • Responsible for processing daily revenue in accordance with the daily revenue policy and procedure at all times
  • Maintains open lines of communication with their supervisor
  • Uniforms must be worn when on duty in a neat and well groomed manner
  • Other responsibilities as required 


  • Maintain work area to Impark’s standards
  • Direct Traffic
  • Clean garages-manual labor & using machinery
  • Basic Repair
  • Conduct open stall counts
  • Special maintenance project
  • Other duties as assigned

Related Experience & Skills

  • Valid drivers lisence
  • Reliable transporation
  • Ability to thrive in a changing work enviroment
  • Must be 18+
  • 1 year of experience in customer service field
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time, run, kneel, bend over, use hands, etc.
  • Must be willing and able to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally
  • Must be willing and able to work outside in all weather conditions
