We are a seeking a Part-time Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a member of the Accounting Team, the Data Entry Clerk’s role is to assist in completing all Accounting Month End Reporting responsibilities including but not limited to processing customer refunds and data entry within the deadlines and standards established for the Department. This role will work between 5 and 10 days per month, with exact hours and days of work to be determined with the successful candidate.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Investigating, communicating, and processing of customer refund requests
  • Scanning and moving images
  • Honor Billing Revenue tracking and posting
  • Sorting, coding and posting of Expense Cost Allocations
  • Prepare Reports and Recaps
  • Various Month End standard postings
  • Compile Revenue samples as required for Audit purposes
  • Maintenance of records and filing
  • Other duties as may be assigned

Skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in Impark systems would be an asset
  • Proven data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • General Office and/or administrative experience required
  • Superior organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with client focus, and an ability to work with staff at all levels
  • Strong communication and business writing skills and pleasant phone manner
  • Intermediate Excel, Word and SharePoint skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment and to adapt to changing priority schedules
  • Entry level Accounting or enrollment in a diploma or certificate program is an asset, but not a requirement
