Impark is currently looking for a Patrol Manager to join our Toronto team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Download patrol reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis

  • Reference internal data download to external data (GPS data) using excel or visual basic

  • Analyze reports in order to formulate action plans that increase productivity through changes to patrol routes and/or patrol frequency

  • Analyze reports to assess patrollers’ performance

  • Within the constraints of multiple conditions, apply “critical path” methodology in determining the optimum Patrol Route Schedule

  • Communicate change effectively and agility to make change happen within a short time frame

  • Ability to analyze the impact of change to productivity and operational stability

  • Obtain, correlate and analyze data

  • Monitor ticket supply levels and order as necessary

  • Respond to and resolve complaints resulting from patroller/customer interactions

  • Abide by company policies and procedures

  • Other duties as assigned

  Related Experience & Skills
  • A minimum of 3 years analysis and management experience

  • Strong excel skills a must; Visual Basic preferred

  • Able to multitask and work under multiple deadlines

  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal

  • Must be highly organized

  • Strong project management skills

  • Able to work independently and in a team

  • Able to develop effective working relationships

  • Must be a motivated, self-starter

  • Access to a personal vehicle

  • Able to align with the company’s strategic direction

  • Ability to think out of the box and driven to produce results
