Job Description

Impark is currently looking for experienced Patroller   for our San Francisco parking location.

The Patroller is responsible for working with lot operations staff and clients to achieve compliance with Impark’s established policies and procedures for operating parking lots and ancillary services.  The individual in this role will also work to assist in the creation of new/changed policies & procedures and the onboarding of new lots acquired through organic business development efforts and acquisitions.   

Who you are:

  • Ability to deal with customers in a positive, polite and professional manner
  • Excellent communication skills (must be fluent in spoken and written English)
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Basic math skills

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure positive experiences for all Impark partners and clients
  • Ensure work area is maintained to Impark's standards
  • Educating the public when appropriate of the use of parking space and requirement for payment
  • Legibly and accurately report any information pertaining to the issuing of violation notices or warnings
  • Writing legitimate violation notices with verbal warning or explanation accepted when deemed appropriate
  • Report any deficiencies on locations with respect to appearance, safely, equipment and lighting
  • Other duties as may be assigned

Job Requirements:

  • G12 / Equivalent
  • Previous experience an asset but not required
  • Minimum of 2 years driving experience with no traffic violations (Must have clean MVR)
