We are currently seeking customer focused, responsible and enthusiastic people to join our team as a Customer Service Ambassador in our Milwaukee Branch. The candidate will be responsible for providing first rate customer service to our parking guests.   Successful Candidate is: • Responsible for being punctual and ensuring that your timecard is punched at the beginning and end of your shift; • Responsible for providing first rate customer service to our parking guests; • Greet every guest with a friendly, helpful, and courteous attitude and smile; • Resolve parking issues/inquiries for guests either exiting or entering parking facility or lot; • Reporting all odd occurrences or strange persons to a manager, supervisor or security; • Maintaining a safe and secure work environment; • Flagging for events to increase parking structure occupancy; • Light cleaning duties within the parking structures; • Completing all Impark documents completely, accurately and neatly; • Adhering to Impark & City of Milwaukee dress code for proper attire and grooming; • Foster a positive and friendly culture while at work; • Adhering to all company policies and procedures; and • Other duties as assigned.   The Ideal Candidate… • One (1+) years’ experience in a customer service related industry; • Displays a great customer service attitude; • Can work independently as well in a team environment; • Reliable and responsible; • Take Pride in their work; • High level of integrity; • Embraces responsibilities; • Excellent verbal and communication skills.   #CB
