Impark is currently looking for a part-time casual Parking Attendant to work at our Garage office in Baltimore, MD.   Job Responsibilities: • Accurately process all transactions with zero discrepancies
  • Complete all Shift Report Logs Accurately
  • Comply with all money and ticket handling policies and procedures
• Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met • Data entry • Positive attitude • Maintaining a clean garage, free of debris, using a broom and dustpan or other means necessary • Cleaning office • Keeping exterior of garage free of debris and obstructions on sidewalks/alleys • Greet and assist customers in a professional manner    Job Requirements: • High School Diploma or GED or equivalent education • Proficient with Microsoft Office • Customer service experience  • Will be required to handle difficult situations arising from customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner • Must be able to sit or stand for long periods with few breaks • Must be able to work in inclement weather, such as extreme cold, heat, precipitation, etc.   Compensation:   $8.50/Hr   If you describe yourself as a team player, enthusiastic, possess a high level of integrity and the willingness to make a significant contribution, we invite you to apply for this opportunity.
