Job Description

Impark is currently looking for Seasonal – Traffic Director to work at San Francisco, California.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure positive experiences for all Impark partners and clients
  • Ensure work area is maintained to Impark’s standards
  • Work effectively as a team with your Manager and Co-Workers
  • Responsible for directing traffic in and around all lots in a safe manner
  • Completing all Impark documents completely, accurately and neatly.
  • Work effectively as a team with your Manager and Co-Workers Responsible for getting customers quickly and safety to the next available parking space
  • Responsible for being punctual and following the dress code at all times
  • Responsible for assisting cashiers when necessary
  • Greeting and welcoming each guest that approaches you 
  • Responsible for making productive use of down time: including straightening cones, wiping down signage, organizing company supplies.
  • Walking through the lot and picking up any excess garbage
  • Drive company vehicles (golf carts, pickup truck) in a safe manner to collect cones and signage post event
  • Provide excellent customer service to each and every customer that comes into our lots. We are the fans first and last impression of their experience at AT&T Park.
  • Responsible for keeping work environment safe and organized at all times:
  • Report all odd occurrences or strange persons on the lot to your supervisor immediately.
  • Keeping your location clean and tidy.
  •  Ensuring that signage and equipment on the lot are accurate and in good condition

Job Requirements:

Ensuring that signage and equipment on the lot are accurate and in good condition

Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Excellent communication, both written and oral, and interpersonal skills

Excellent customer service skills

Excellent organizational skills

Basic math skills

Ability to stand and work outdoors for long periods of time.

Previous customer service or valet experience an asset but not required

Compensation

  • $16.50 per hour

Schedule

  • Based on Giants and event schedule
