Impark is currently looking for a Part Time Supervisor of Bus Operations for our BWI Airport Shuttle Bus Operation in Hanover, Baltimore
 
Compensation: $18/hr
Shift: Hours may vary (weekdays, overnight, weekend)
 
Job Responsibilities

  • Provides oversight, coaching and counseling to Bus Operators, Dispatchers and Customer Service Reps.
  • Monitors availability of vehicles and manpower for the operations on a daily basis.
  • Reviews staff schedules and daily manifests for efficiency and operational performance.
  • Creates reports and compiles all necessary documentation both current and historical relating to operational needs.
  • Enforce the procedures and policies of the company.
  • Respond to client requests and research customer complaints.
  • Communicate with other division personnel such as the maintenance department to ensure the achievement of division goals.
  • Other duties as assigned

 
Job Requirements

  • Must have a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in recent and relevant supervisory position.
  • Experience in transportation; specifically as it relates to passenger movement using a transit bus, shuttle bus or similar vehicle. 
  • Must have a valid Commercial Driver License with Passenger Endorsement.
  • Must be able to demonstrate leadership ability and proficiency. 
  • Able to work independently and have strong written and verbal skills.
  • Ability to interpret and implement company policy to effectively measure and assess a driver`s activity
  • Able to use tools such as (computers, printers, two-way radios, etc)
  • Able to work to various weather conditions (will be exposed to outside weather)
