We have an exciting Opportunity for a Twin Cities Supervisor

This position will travel to multiple sites within the Twin Cities learning the operations of various accounts. This position will be assisting managers with business aspects of the locations including revenue security, event operations, and effectively dealing with customers parking needs.

Job Responsibilities:

•         Maintain an excellent level of client relations by responding and handling client requests and/or issues in a timely fashion to ensure client satisfaction

•         Review lot performances and manage expenses while ensuring the financial performances reflects company goals and objectives

•         Maximize budgets with successful financial reporting and forecasting

•         Procure materials and supplies necessary for maintaining optimal job performance

•         Ensure all equipment is functioning properly to guarantee facility safety and security and to maintain proper revenue control

•         Provide effective leadership and communicate the vision and goals of the organization

•         Ensure that standards of excellence are maintained in all areas of the operation

•         Overseeing the sale of monthly parking permits and ensure adherence to Monthly Parking Revenue Policy and Procedure

•         Learning all facets of the valet parking operations, including covering valet parking shifts, if necessary.

•         Ensure that standards of excellence are maintained in all areas of the operation

•         Other duties as assigned


•         Bachelor’s degree in a Business related field preferred or equivalent amount of work experience

•         Parking experience a plus

•         Self-motivated with strong client relations and staff management skills

•         Hands-on approach to management

•         Excellent verbal/written communication skills

•         PC Literacy (Microsoft Office Suite), level II Excel

•         Ability to develop effective working relationships with internal and external parties

•         Parking experience a plus

•         Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

•         Ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles and operate a vehicle in confined spaces

•         Ability to work independently and in a team and meet deadlines

•         Superior customer service experience

•         Strong organizational skills
