Job Description

We have exciting opportunities for Full-Time and Part-Time Valet Attendants to join our Minneapolis/St. Paul team!  Perks of being a Valet Attendant:

This position is responsible for providing exemplary customer service by welcoming guests to the establishment, opening/closing their car door(s), and efficiently and carefully parking vehicles in designated locations.  Our valets are the first and last point of contact for guests of the establishment, so excellent customer service, driving skills, and communication skills are a MUST!


  • Understand and meet all customers’ needs quickly, professionally, and accurately
  • Park and retrieve customers vehicles in a timely fashion
  • Ensure work is conducted in a safe manner by maintaining traffic safety laws
  • Process daily revenue in accordance with the daily revenue policy and procedure at all times
  • Maintain open lines of communication with their supervisor
  • Uniforms must be worn when on duty in a neat and well groomed manner
  • Other responsibilities as required, including but not limited to:
    • Assist limited mobility, disabled, and  injured patients
    • Lift medical equipment (e.g. wheelchairs, walkers, or scooters)  in and out of cars
    • Escort patients, sometimes via wheelchair, to the information desk


  • Previous customer service experience preferred, with hospitality experience is a plus
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must have working e-mail address and access to the internet
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time, run, kneel, bend over, use hands, etc.
  • Must be willing and able to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally
  • Must be willing and able to work outside in all weather conditions
  • Ability to work independently and in a team to meet deadlines
  • Basic math and problem solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, as well as respectfully with persons with physical and/or mental disabilities

Driving Qualifications:

  • Ability to drive automatic and operate a vehicle in confined spaces;  manual transmission (stick shift) experience preferred
  • Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving history​
    • May not have more than 1 minor incident (e.g. speeding ticket) within the last 3 years and no major incidents (e.g. DWI, Operating while suspended or revoked, and Excessive speeding 25 MPH or more over posted limit)
