Impark is currently looking for part-time and full-time Valet Parking Attendantsto work at our Radisson Hotel location in Baltimore, MD.

Shifts/Hours: (7am-3pm) (3pm – 11pm) (11pm – 7am)- With the ability to be flexible during times of high volume and special events as shifts are subject to change


Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve all customers with exceptional and outstanding customer service to make them feel welcomed
  • Operate vehicles carefully when stacking, driving, parking or retrieving vehicles
  • Be informed about the location and surroundings to provide reliable information to customers
  • Make sure all cars are ticketed
  • Ensure revenue control with cash handling, credit card use, and equipment operation
  • Verification of damages and follow up with claims
  • Keep the location and booth organized and clean
  • Communicate with superiors of any issue, doubt, or question
  • All other duties as assigned by Impark

Job Requirements:

  • **Outstanding customer service skills
  • Valid driver’s license; Excellent driving record
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Comfortable with driving manual transmission (stick shift)-Strongly Preferred
  • Experience in a valet parking position (preferred).
  • Able to perform physical activities such as running, lifting, and bending.
