Job Description

Meridian Valet is hiring for a Full Time Field Manager.

This individual must possess a high level of integrity, the willingness to learn, the ability to lead by example, and the commitment to work as a team member. Successful candidates should have a strong understanding of hospitality and guest service.

Job duties

- Training and coaching a team of up to 120 employees.

- Communicates daily with clients

- Assists in investigations of accident and damage claims - Tracks, monitors and orders operational supplies

- Completes audit occurrence reports and report audit concerns to Assistant General Manager;

This individual will report directly to the Assistant General Manager. He/she will be required to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in this position, and should have experience dealing with the many facets of customer service. Experience working in the Hospitality Industry, in particular Hotels and Casinos would be beneficial.

Requirements

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook.

- Excellent communications skills

- Must have a BC Class 5 Driver License and access to a reliable vehicle.

- Ability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
