We are seeking part time and full time Valet Supervisor to assist with overseeing operations at our Radisson Hotel lots in Baltimore, MD.

Shifts/Hours: PT & FT With the ability to be flexible during times of high volume and special events as shifts are subject to change

Compensation: $13.00/Hr

Jobs Responsibilities:

Monitoring Lot Activity:

  • Meet with Property Management on a regular basis to update everyone on the status of the lots construction, and the performance/revenue of available spaces.
  • Adapt to construction phase changes with reorganization of stacking plans and relocation of signage
  • Serve as vehicle traffic control in the events of high volume through coordination of valet staff

Lot Maintenance/Set-Up

  • Subsequent monitoring of the lots construction/ performance alignment with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Liaison with contractors, maintenance department, equipment suppliers, and Landlord/Property Manager.
  • Attending all update meetings with various parties of the contract and coordinating information between them.
  • Ensure that all accounting and contract information is distributed to ensure appropriate internal set up of site/location.

Staff Supervision:

  • Coordination of Valet staff of about 3 person(s) based on regular manpower requirements and special event activity.
  • Staff disciplinary action, including issuing of written warnings. Subsequent monitoring and follow up action, and participation in grievance/dismissal proceedings.
  • Monitoring of personnel to ensure compliance with company uniform and service standards for a valet operation.
  • Determining cost effectiveness of staff coverage for the project
  • Completion of paperwork related to staff hiring, transfer, termination, and hours worked as well as reports such as Revenue collection, daily recaps, tape reports, etc.
  • All other duties as assigned by Impark with the ability to help the facility manager with other projects of necessary

Jobs Requirements:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; Ability to communicate timely, clearly and concisely with Property Management and construction contractors acting as a liaison between parties involved in the construction project
  • Must be able to demonstrate a high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with clients, customers, peers and management.
  • Must be able to keep composure during difficult situations and maintain high level of customer service. Maintaining Operational Efficiency in high stress environments
  • People management experience is an asset and will be necessary within this role
  • Organizational and time management skills to manage complex processes
  • Must be adaptable and available for a flexible schedule
  • Must have solid understanding of valet parking operations
  • Valet Parking Management/Operation experience strongly preferred
  • A minimum of 5 years customer service experience preferred

Ideally you will have a minimum of 2 years valet and customer service experience along with excellent communication skills and supervisory experience. Experience stacking cars in a valet environment is beneficial
